Leilani's Visit

Last night Leilani came over to my place. Her Mum and Dad went out for tea. I am not sure where they went. We got to help each other make our bed’s. We got to stay up late because my Mum and Dad said that we could play on my Ipad. The next day we went to my brothers school. We played rob the nest. It was awesome because Leilani and I like to play rob the nest.

Have you captured the beauty of the rock pool creature that you observed?

Yes. We pro-scoped a Chiton and I could see the actual patterns. I put circles on the outside of the Chiton and lines in the middle of the Chiton.

How difficult was it to transfer the patterns from your observational drawing to your Batik?

Not that difficult. I looked at my picture carefully and tried to copy it. We used a Tjanting to put it on.

Our New Dog

Yay! I have a new dog now. It is a husky it is called Dixie. Wyatt has a dog called Dixie too. We had to name Dixie quickly because she wondered where she was and who she was. Dixie is a girl. She is black and white. We bought her as an adult. She get’s very excited sometimes. After we bought her we went home. We were going to go for a walk. So we went home and got ready for the walk. We went to Oakura beach. She pulled me over a couple of times. It was quite funny because I got all sandy.

Laelani Coming To My House

On Sunday Laelani will come to my place. We will have an awesome time. We will play with my dog. My dog is called Ozzy. He is little. Aria T will come too. Her mum and dad will pick her up. We might go to Frankley school. I told her she could bring her scooter. Ozzy my dog is gray. He is cute. I like Ozzy. We might go to the Aquatic Center. It will be her second time coming to my place. Ozzy will probably bark at her.
